The Russian National Orchestra, scheduled to perform at The Soraya on February 23, 2022, has canceled their U.S. tour due to visa issues related to COVID-19. Refunds will be automatically issued from your point of purchase. Once refunded, tickets become invalid and can be discarded and destroyed.

• If purchased through Ticket Office, refund will process in 7-10 business days back to the same credit card used at purchase. 
• If you paid in cash or check, you will receive a check through CSUN in approximately 6 weeks.
• If purchased through Ticketmaster, your refund will process within 30 days back to the same credit card used at purchase.
