“One of American’s keenest living jazz figures”
—Downbeat Magazine

Fandango at the Wall Concert Performance Film featuring Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra and special guests Mandy Gonzalez, the Villalobos Brothers, and master Son Jarocho musicians recorded remotely in Vera Cruz and Tijuana.

In 2018, over 50 artists gathered at the Tijuana-San Diego border for a fandango. They filmed a documentary, recorded an album, and wrote a book about the experience. Now, in the midst of a global pandemic, The Soraya has produced an exclusive concert performance film featuring Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra with special guests Mandy Gonzalez and the Villalobos Brothers. Filmed in New York City at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Soraya has the privilege of premiering this concert film virtually via its online platform powered by Vimeo. The program will include a LIVE interview with Arturo O’Farrill.
