These musical sleuths from Philadelphia scour the world in search of little-known works by Baroque composers. Their performances, on period instruments, are truly “storms at sea,” much like the name of the ensemble: Tempesta di Mare. A Valentine’s Day celebration serves up romantic fare sourced from the north and south poles of Italian music in the Baroque era — Venice and Naples.
